The establishment of the company Eko-Świat on the wave of social and economic transformations in Poland and Europe. In the face of difficult economic circumstances, a 25-year-old engineer enthusiastically establishes Eko-Świat at his house garage, a company which at the beginning of its business activity deals with metals recovery.
1993
The start-up of the casting alloys foundry in Kłomnice. One of the breakthrough moments in the history of the company is the start-up of the casting alloy foundry in Kłomnice, which delivers its products to domestic and international aluminiumworks. Eko-Świat is the first company in the alloys industry to receive the ISO 9002 certificate.
September 2000
The start-up of the foundry in Stalowa Wola. The increased demand for casting alloys in the area of the previous Central Industrial Region forces further development and the start-up of the foundry Eurometal S.A. in Stalowa Wola.
October 2003
The commissioning of casting alloys manufacture. Eko-Świat commissions first and the only one in Poland installation for the continuous horizontal casting of aluminium, thus the company starts the manufacture of casting alloys and wrought alloys in the form of billets, ingots, slabs, and T-bars.
January 2005
The commissioning of aluminium profiles production. Eurometal S.A. enters a new market and starts manufacturing aluminium profiles on a modern 19 MN press located in the foundry established in 2000.
2008
The development of Extrusion in Stalowa Wola. Eurometal invests in the development of Extrusion in Stalowa Wola purchasing new press for extruding large dimension profiles, as well as it starts manufacturing components of aluminium profiles.
2015
The commissioning of aluminium strips rolling mill. A milestone in the development of Eurometal S.A. is the commissioning of the state-of-the-art aluminium strips rolling mill in Poland and the strips foundry, which is the only one in the country, as well as the servicing centre equipped with two lines for longitudinal strips cutting.
2019
More investments. The company continues to develop plants in Stalowa Wola investing in a third press, the CNC department, and the foundry in Bogumiłów.
2020
Eko-Świat celebrates its 30th anniversary.
2021
Putting into operation the most modern generation furnace for the production of casting alloys at the plant in Kłomnice together with continous homogenazing furnace with hellical ultrasonic station.
2022
Commissioning of the new cutting edge extrusion press for high quality automotive aluminium profiles. Boostings capacities of CNC department.
